On your first visit to Water of Life, just look for the Kids Building right across from the Main Worship Center. Right inside the kids lobby, you can visit our New Family Check-In Counter, where you’ll be greeted by a Guest Services volunteer eager to meet your family! They’ll be there every step of the way (right up to your child’s room), so feel free to ask questions! Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including: family member’s name, child’s name and birthday, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).
Want to skip having to fill out all of your information at our new family counter when you arrive? You can fill out our information form ahead of time so you can be added to our system before you visit! When you arrive, we can issue your family a key tag to scan for safe and easy self-check-in.
In WOL Kids, safety is our top priority. That’s why we have a secure kiosk check-in system. Upon check-in, you’ll receive identification tags with a matching security number. One tag for your child to wear while in class, one to go on the classroom clipboard, and one for you to keep. For your child to be released from his/her room after service, you’ll need to show your matching tag to their classroom leader/volunteer.
